Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

• In the original packaging with all tags intact

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Contact us at info@schwabluxury.com to initiate an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale or clearance items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at info@schwabluxury.com. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
